ENGINE

670 Bolt-on Big Bore Kit (with Cylinder Exchange) ready to go for your 06-07 Arctic Cat 650 H1 / Prowler XT.  Complete with cylinder, 11.5:1 100mm piston, rings, circlips, wrist pin, and top-end gasket kit (head, base, and exhaust gaskets and all the o-rings you need).  $695 with exchange (cylinder core charge, $325).

Wake it up and still run pump gas with a higher compression standard bore custom piston.  Top-end kit includes 98mm 10:1 comp piston, rings, circlips, wrist pin and top-end gasket kit (head, base, and exhaust gaskets and all the o-rings you need), just $359.

Our Cylinder Porting offers increased torque and horsepower gains throughout the RPM range by improving the flows of air and fuel through your cylinder head.  Porting offers the most gains when you also install our big carb and dual exhaust solutions, $395.

We have this bolt-in cam ready to go now!  Uses stock valves and valve springs.  Custom grinds available for higher lift and more duration.   Cam only $229 with exchange, core charge $150.

INTAKE

Intake Kit:  Improve air intake flows with this kit. Includes: Foam Air Filter, clamps and custom Air Filter Adapter, $89.95

A UNI Service Kit has everything you need to keep your new filter clean and oiled and working properly.  It comes complete with both UNI Air Filter Cleaner and UNI Filter Oil, $14.95.

Dynojet Jet Kit - for mildly tuned machines using the stock airbox with stock or aftermarket filter, may also be used with a good aftermarket exhaust system.  Dynojet Jet Kits increase power and smoothness throughout the entire rev range, and are a simple and affordable solution to all your carburetion problems, $59.95.

Bigger Carburetor - this Accelerator Pump Carburetor allows air to flow faster and smoother than the stock Prowler carb.  This means more precise air/fuel metering and better throttle response for you.  With two sizes to choose from, we'll help you get exactly what you need for your Prowler. 

EXHAUST

Dual Exhaust, complete (available now):  Up to 6-7 hp gain (depending on motor work & add-ons).  These pipes are hand crafted out of 304 stainless steel, the head pipes contain a full taper from the port size all the way to the silencer core. Silencers are constructed of aluminum w/ machined 6061 end caps, $899.

Slip-on Exhaust (coming soon): 

• Powercore 4 slip-on improves exhaust flow to increase power with standard Hi-Flo 2" end cap.  Quiet core insert and forest-approved spark arrester available.
• Powerline 4 slip-on - 100% stainless steel, durable and maintenance-free, no fiberglass packing to replace or blow out.

CLUTCHING

PCP Offroad's Performance Clutch Kit gets your Prowler clutch r-e-a-l-l-y working.  You can make all the horsepower you want through the engine, but if you can't get it to the ground, you haven't really accomplished much.  This spring, weight and housing combo will get your power on the ground where you can use it!  $179.
