NITROUS KITS
The Boondocker Nitrous System uses a patent pending nitrous
manifold that injects nitrous before the carburetor into
the air intake and at the same time pressurizing the carburetors
to increase the amount of fuel being vaporized. This results
in an effective horsepower increase because the amount of
nitrous being injected is matched by additional fuel. A push
button switch located on the handlebars activates the nitrous
- 15 or 20 shots available. The amount of nitrous being injected
can be adjusted on the manifold so it can be set up for different
applications and riding types.
- Dry shot Nitrous system uses carburetor pressure to adjust
fuel automatically as needed and is totally adjustable
for your personal application.
- Nitrous manifold automatically adjusts fuel for variances
in bottle temperature
- Solenoids run off of the stock electrical system so no
battery is needed
- New Polished bottles available
- Easy to adjust by turning a screw on the Nitrous manifold

Dynojet Jet Kit - for mildly tuned machines
using the stock airbox with stock or aftermarket filter,
may also be used with a good aftermarket exhaust system. Dynojet
Jet Kits increase power and smoothness throughout the entire
rev range, and are a simple and affordable solution to all
your carburetion problems.
K&N Air Filter: Stock replacement
air filter. Ideal for extended use in dirty and dusty
off-road riding and provides clean carburetion even at high
altitude. As a rule, no jet changes are required with just
a K&N filter element and these are washable and reusable.
A K&N Service Kit has everything you
need to keep your new K&N clean and oiled and working
properly. It comes complete with both K&N Air Filter
Cleaner and K&N Air Filter Oil.

78mm Forged Piston (choice of compression 10.5:1, 11.5:1,
or 13:1), sleeve, pin, rings, circlips, headgasket. Requires:
Resleeving of stock cylinder and rejetting. Note: Compression > 11:1 requires
race gas. 300EX starter may not work with compression
ratios over 11:1.
- 329 cc Bore kit. Includes Piston Kit:
80mm Forged Piston (choice of compression 10.5:1), sleeve,
pin, rings, circlips, headgasket. Requires: Resleeving
of stock cylinder, engine cases machined, and rejetting.
- 352 cc Stroker kit. Includes Piston
Kit: 80mm Forged Piston (choice of compression 10.5:1),
sleeve, pin, rings, circlips, headgasket. Includes Stroker
Kit: +4.5mm Stroke, Camshaft, Valve Springs, Carb Kit & Airbox
Lid. Requires: Resleeving of stock cylinder, engine cases
machined, and rejetting. Rod Assembly must be in like-new
condition -- send your crank for mods. Recommendations:
Engines operating at or near sea level may run better with
a race gas mix. Either a White Brothers E Series or Supertrapp
IDS2 complete exhaust with this kit.
