BIG BORE KIT

Our most popular offering for the DS 650 is easily the 720 big bore kit! The kit comes complete with 11.5:1 JE Piston kit (including rings, wrist pin, and circlips), 105mm sleeve and the top end gasket kit. The kit is only $395.  Your cylinder will need to be resleeved. We can do just the resleeving for you, or the whole install. Resleeving is $225.

CAMS

A new cam will improve power. Depending on the grind of the cam you purchase, the power increase may be in top speed, off the bottom, or an overall power increase. The cams shown below require that you send in your stock cams in like-new condition as a core (or pay the core charge). New Kibblewhite valves & valve springs are available too.

Stage I, increases overall power. Racing valve spring kit recommended along with a higher compression piston and an aftermarket exhaust. Valve lift .395, duration 284º.

Stage II, race profile. Requires the conversion spring kit with shim under cam followers. Valve lift .425/.395, duration 287º/284º.

Stage III, race profile. Requires the conversion spring kit with shim under cam followers. Valve lift .425, duration 287º.

VALVES & SPRING KITS

Kibblewhite's Black Diamond® Valves are one-piece stainless steel and treated with a special German process to improve wear properties and reduce friction. This process provides resistance to corrosion and wear superior to that developed by hard chromium and electrolysis nickel plating. These valves are light and the profiles provide excellent flow characteristics. We have them available in both standard size and 1mm oversize.

Racing valve spring kit – includes 4 performance dual springs, 4 bottoms and 4 titanium retainers.

Conversion spring kit - includes 4 performance dual springs, 4 shim under cam followers, 4 bottoms, 4 shims, and 4 titanium retainers.

NITROUS KITS

The Boondocker Nitrous System uses a patent pending nitrous manifold that injects nitrous before the carburetor into the air intake and at the same time pressurizing the carburetors to increase the amount of fuel being vaporized. This results in an effective horsepower increase because the amount of nitrous being injected is matched by additional fuel. A push button switch located on the handlebars activates the nitrous - 15 or 20 shots available. The amount of nitrous being injected can be adjusted on the manifold so it can be set up for different applications and riding types.

• Dry shot Nitrous system uses carburetor pressure to adjust fuel automatically as needed and is totally adjustable for your personal application.
• Nitrous manifold automatically adjusts fuel for variances in bottle temperature
• Solenoids run off of the stock electrical system so no battery is needed

Dynojet Jet Kit - for mildly tuned machines using the stock airbox with stock or aftermarket filter, may also be used with a good aftermarket exhaust system.  Dynojet Jet Kits increase power and smoothness throughout the entire rev range, and are a simple and affordable solution to all your carburetion problems.

K&N Air Filter:  Stock replacement air filter.  Ideal for extended use in dirty and dusty off-road riding and provides clean carburetion even at high altitude. As a rule, no jet changes are required with just a K&N filter element and these are washable and reusable.

A K&N Service Kit has everything you need to keep your new K&N clean and oiled and working properly.  It comes complete with both K&N Air Filter Cleaner and K&N Air Filter Oil.

ATV Power Packs
